The warehouse and distribution centre
The warehouse and distribution centre project is located in an industrial zone of a Yangon, Myanmar suburban, is set on an area of four acres. The project of Sea Lion Co., Ltd. These are modern buildings used to store products, storage devices and medical instruments, equipped with the latest air conditioning and ventilating systems.
The first phase of the project will include the construction of the warehouse and service buildings with a total area of 7,320 square meters.
Total project cost is valued at approximately six million U.S. dollars including future expansion for the warehouse and an office building.
